Responsibilities:

• Preparing deal pitching, due diligence, ECM execution, and documentation
• Organize ECM transactions of clients
• Maintain and build the business relationship with the investors on ongoing basis;  
• Formulate and implement strategies and plans for ECM activities
• Arrange roadshows and fundraising on ECM activities and ad hoc projects

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in equity capital market with coverage  
• Experience in leading team in job execution and track record in deals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English (fluent in Mandarin is preferred)
• Immediately available is preferred
