Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as Responsible Officer and OMO with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC Type 1, 2, 4 & 9 regulated activity;
2. Oversee the compliance and AML functions of the Company and take necessary actions to ensure all business activities comply with SFC rules and company guidelines;
3. Oversee business operations including but not limited to securities/futures/OTC products trading, quantitative funds and discretionary account management, settlement and accounting, AML and institutional client service;
4. Keep abreast of domestic & overseas market information;
5. Supervise and manage daily securities brokerage trade and fund management operations, including the account opening process, account maintenance, and customer services;
6. Monitor trades to ensure their compliance with internal guidelines and exchange regulations;
7. Provide support to top management on strategic activities and daily operations in Compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and applicable laws;
8. Assist in writing and maintaining proper documentation of all operations, policies, and procedures, including operational and risk control procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in dealings of securities and futures and asset management;
• The current holder of SFC unconditional Responsible Officer license for Types 1,2,4 & 9 regulated activities preferred；
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations, and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities(such as SFC and HKEX) and risk management control；
• Solid understanding of frontline operations, risk controls, and relevant regulatory procedures；
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills；
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
