Responsibilities

• Conduct customer due diligence review on personal loan applicants and provide support of overall activities related to loan origination
• Handle enquiries received and assist with troubleshooting
• Support marketing operations
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
• This is a desk-based role to work from our office in Tsim Sha Tsui. There is no face-to-face contact with customers as most of the work is undertaken via email and telephone

• Higher diploma or above
• At least 1 year’ working experience in operation / marketing area preferred but not a must
• Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good communication skills, presentable, result and detail oriented
• Can work independently and be self-motivated 
• Fresh graduate with a positive attitude will also be considered; candidate with suitable working experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Immediately available or short notice preferred
