Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking products development and enhancement by participating in workflow design and product due diligence
• Initiate marketing strategies to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the assigned products
• Provide coaching, product solution and up-to-date market information on product knowledge and professional advisory to internal and external stakeholders for business growth
• Identify business opportunity and take initiative working with internal stakeholders to capture business opportunities and achieve sales goals
• Develop and review product guidelines to comply with the market trends and compliance requirements; respond to regulatory queries, assessments and audits on products
• Liaise with front and back offices to streamline transactions initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
• 5 years or above banking experience in product development related field with good knowledge on Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking  product
• Strong logical, analytical, problem solving and products development skills, be able to visualize opportunities, issues from data
• Excellent skills in business requirements analysis and business documentation writing
• Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, inclusive of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
