Our client, a well-established Bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high-calibre candidate to join their Group:

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily card operations and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Identify and initiate improvements to ensure on-going operational excellence.
• Monitor smooth credit card and ATM card operations, across account maintenance functions, card personalization out-sourced verdor management and add-on services setup according to pre-defined Key Processing Indicator (KPI).
• Participant in project development relating to new product / service / promotion, with special focus on provision of user requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Supervise the running of hotline serving internal enquiry from branches and teller transaction processing functions.
• Provide guidance to team by maximizing the routine resources in an efficient and effective manner, especially for those new jobs assignment.
• Monitor and ensure all operations activities being complied with the requirements of established policies, guidelines, card schemes and regulators.
• Support management and business users in preparing routine MIS reports.
• Support ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience at supervisory level.
• Awareness to operational risks, compliance and logistic streamlining.
• Good communication skill.
• Understand general banking operations.
• Good PC knowledge (e.g. MS office) and MACRO will be a bonus.
