Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management framework and Key Risk Indicator (KRIs) monitoring.
• Assist to conduct the Risk Management planning and risk appetite setting to ensure the effectiveness of company’s overall risk management framework. 
• Collect and consolidate risk metric information and assist the preparation of risk analysis reports for the consumption of management or regulators.
• Work as the 2LOD in risk function.
• Perform investigation on risk topics according to the Group request.
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Risk Management/ Finance/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics or other business discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Risk Management/Internal Audit, finance in insurance/ financial industry/ advisory firms.
• Knowledge in financial risk management.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) and English.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, self-initiative and independent.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
