The Role:
Support stock management and daily operations of our POS in Hong Kong and Macau, communicate with different parties to support different kinds of promotions to drive brand growth and optimize sales opportunity.

Reports to: Manager – Operations, Brand SHISEIDO & Drunk Elephant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operation including GWP allocation, counter tools replenishment to facilitate sales 
• Monitor EC channel stock level to support various promotions to accelerate EC sales growth 
• Closely communicate with warehouse for daily logistic arrangement to enhance effective operations of the division 
• Assist in inventory management and shipment follow up with SCM 
• Prepare inventory review reports & provide stock system support 
• Ensure smooth coordination and work flow in between offline stores and Sales & Marketing Department 
• Perform other Operations related duties as assigned and ad hoc tasks upon request 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably from beauty/ FMCG or retail industry 
• Self-motivated, proactive, strong interpersonal & communication skills with high sensitivity to numbers 
• Always with a can-do attitude and able to work multi-task in a fast-paced workplace 
• Good knowledge of POS operations and prefer implementation experience 
• Good command in written & spoken Cantonese & English
• Proficiency in using MS office and Chinese word processing
