Responsibilities:
- Provide support in routine administration, such as R&M databases, schedules, photo records and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress/craftmanship to ensure all works follow company standards and requirements
- Liaise and negotiate with internal and external parties to ensure the works completion on time
- Perform ad-hoc task assigned by the supervisor or project manager
- Higher Diploma holder or above in related disciplines is preferred
- Proactive, Responsible, To-Do Attitude, Good Team Player, and Details Minded
- Familiar with Word & Excel are must; AutoCAD is an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
