Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage and lead project team to conduct building survey, inspection, diagnostic testing and evaluations of buildings;
- To develop and follow up project proposals;
- To plan, organize, direct and control the work of project team to ensure the safety and quality performance of the projects;
- To attend regular meetings with stakeholders including but not limited to customers, Government Authorities and Public Utilities on technical and statutory matters.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Engineering, Building, Science or related discipline;
- Professional qualification from a recognized institution preferred;
- 8 - 10 years of experience in building survey, inspection, diagnostic testing and project management;
- Sound knowledge of project management and commercial skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese;
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Engineer – Structural Diagnostic
