Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resident Engineer to certify the payments submitted by Contractor.
• Assist in supervising site works carried out by the Contractor;
• Take site measurements;
• Ensure the site works are constructed in accordance with Contract specifications, drawings and site instructions;
• Check material quality and workmanship;
• Keep sites records, diary, weather chart, progress report, piling records, material delivery records etc.;
• Check that all Contractor's site staff observe safety precautions for the Works to be carried out;
• Keep and update site records;
• Deal with any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the superior.
• Liaise with Estate management office for the site works

Minimum Requirements :

• Certificate or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, with 3 years relevant post-qualification experience or equivalent approved; or
• Completed a technician apprenticeship, 3 years relevant post-qualification experience or equivalent approved
• Proficient in Cantonese and English.
