Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration of main contract and subcontracts
- Taking off, measurement of works
- Cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
- Material procurement
- Contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims
Requirements:
- Holder of a Degree, Diploma or Higher Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Min. 5 years solid QS experience in civil engineering projects in Hong Kong, preferably in Government works contracts
- With less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Good command in written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hard working
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD experience would be an advantage
- Site office located in Tai Po/ Sheung Shui
