Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Interior Design;
• At least 3-5 years solid experience in Interior Design Field focus on Show Flat, Club House and/or Corporate Residential Project;
• Experience in Developer Projects is preferable;
• Excellent knowledge of full set drawings including tender, construction and detail;
• High level understanding in AutoCAD and proficiency PhotoShop & PowerPoint;
• Hard working, self-motivating & a good team player.

Job Descriptions:

• Elaborate conceptual ideas and mood board for clients;
• Handle design concept, layouts and material selection independently;
• Produce presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and/or in other ways;
• Manage tender drawings and specifications; 
• Coordinate and maintain good relationships with clients and external parties to ensure project completion;
• Provide positive working attitude in time management and reach company targets.
