• Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying;
• Able to perform the duties of quantity surveying including administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost control and budgeting;
• Good communication skill with consultant and client in payment;
• Able to meet tight time schedule and multi task;
• Able to assist tendering submission;
• Energetic, aggressive and outgoing.
