We are looking to hire a dedicated Senior Communications Officer / Communications Officer to join our team. The Senior Communications Officer / Communications Officer will support our internal and external communications strategy, write and disseminate communications material, and coordinate events to establish productive relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing of external and internal communication initiatives.
• Assist in drafting, translating and distribution of content, including publications, website and social media content, and other communications material.
• In line with the corporate identity of the company, liaise with in-house designer and other vendors when required.
• Assist in company events and ad hoc projects as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Initiative and high attention to details, able to work well as a team yet independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and Chinese typing
