Responsibilities:

- Perform full QS functions for the projects from tendering, interim payment application, handling claims (VO), contract administration, final accounts

- Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects 

Requirements:

- Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent

- 5 years relevant working experience, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as "A. Q. S."
