Responsibilities

• Planning, designing and supervising the construction of government buildings and facilities
• Performing project management duties including co-ordination of project requirements, the administration of contracts and consultancy agreements in outsourced projects
• Providing advice on architectural and building development related issues
• Undertaking architectural related duties
• Supervising and training staff

Qualifications:

• Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent
• Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of Hong Kong;
• At least 3 years’ relevant post- qualification experience;
• Have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and Engineer Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
