For Quantity Surveyor

• Corporate Membership of HKIS or equivalent;
• Relevant post-qualification experience in quantity surveying in civil engineering works and knowledge of NEC is advantages. 
• Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with 1-2 years’ experience in quantity surveying in civil engineering field, or
• Higher Certificate or Diploma in quantity surveying with over 2 years’ experience in QS in civil engineering field
• Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

For Quantity Surveyor Graduates

• Degree holder / Higher Certificate or Diploma in quantity surveyor
• A forward-thinking approach to the management of clients and projects
• Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
