We are working closely with an investment entity in Hong Kong overseeing Commercial developments. They are currently looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join their existing team.

Responsibilities:          

• You will be responsible with overseeing commercial developments for capital upgrades;
• Work closely with third party vendors on all facility and project management works;
• Provide technical support from leasing to handover requirements;
• Ensure all on-site sub-contractors are within statutory rules and regulations
• Monitor FM related works from service provider and ensure correct maintenance programs and guidelines are managed accordingly;
• Regularly daily meetings with senior management

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Engineering
• 12+ years’ experience with commercial and industrial assets
• E&M and Facilities management will be preferred
• Those with builder’s work with hand-over experience is an advantage
• Good command of Chinese and English
