We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated FF&E designer to join us on high-end interior projects. You will be working alongside our multi-disciplinary team of architects and designers, with exposure to a variety of project types.

Candidates with less experience would be considered for the Assistant FF&E Designer position.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design, Art or a related field from accredited institutes
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with preference in commercial / hospitality / club house / luxury residential projects

Responsibilities / Skills

• Ready to participate in via.’s multi-disciplinary and holistic design culture.
• Prepare design presentations, material boards and FF&E selection from concept generation, schematic designs to installation 
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution
• Preparation of material and furniture tender specifications
• Check prototypes at factories (if required)
• Enhance and expand on in-house material library
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• AutoCAD skills is an advantage
