Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance, servicing and repairs to entire portfolio facilities and installation.
- Provide overall monitoring and leading the department and maintaining timelines as required ensuring that all overall objectives and business needs are met.
- Strong communication in leadership & work under pressure. Responsible and accept new job assignment.
- Implement safety precaution measures, prompt delivery of services commitment and tight cost control for expenditure.
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Facility Management / Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Over 15 years’ relevant working experience in property management / serviced apartment or hotel maintenance services with 5 years in similar capacity.
- Holder of valid Registered Electrical Worker license (Grade B or above).
- Handle the administration works in related to the repair and maintenance services and supervise the Engineering team of 60 staff.
- Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external parties.
- Strong business acumen skills, able to drive technical initiatives and working closely with senior management / stakeholders.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese as well as Mandarin.
- Corporate member of recognized professional bodies with relevant experience in handling major or large-scale renovation works is preferred.
