- Provide technical support to property management
- Prepare tender documents, tender analysis reports for repair, maintenance and renovation works
- Carry out on-site inspection, supervision and co-ordination of works
- Prepare reports and records, prepare the preventive maintenance plan and budget
- Assist other ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering / Facilities Management / Property Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in property management, building services, maintenance or related field
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Mature, organized and possess integrity and good communication skills
