Job Duties:

• carry out general building surveying works including Alterations and Addition works;
• Inspection and diagnosis of building defects including recommendation of remedial works;
• arrange for maintenance and renovation works of existing buildings including supervision of works;
• preparation of flexibility reports and arrange for all statutory submissions etc.

Requirement:

• HKIS qualified in building surveying division or HKIA qualified with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience;
• Passed Chinese and English languages at HKCEE or HKDSE or equivalent;
• Possession of AP or RI will be an advantage.
