Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring of construction works
• Check progress of work and standard of workmanship and materials
• Prepare site report and keep record in respect of the site progress and quality
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants and contractors for execution of the construction work
• Attend inspections by Government departments and utility undertakers
• Assist in handover of completed works to developer

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Studies, Construction Management or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience including 5 years of  experience in residential development
• With basic knowledge of building regulations in Hong Kong
• Previous working experience with property developers is a definite advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure
• Good computer knowledge
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
