Position :   Registered Safety Officer / Assistant Registered Safety Officer x 1 (Ref: MHT-RSO/A-190930002)

Job Highlights

•  Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or above
• Independent, Responsible, good communication skill
• Minimum 5 years safety experience

Responsibilities：

• To handle all Safety Management System Documentation including the HSSE Manual, Procedures, Plans, Work Instructions, etc.
• All Risk Assessments and Method statements prior to each element of work to check that the whole scope of the work has been captured and that it appears a safe system of work is in         place detailing hazards and control measures (that each task has   been suitably planned).
• To coordinate, plan, implement and report the HSSE inspection  / audit activities of the operating sites on a regular basis.
• To recommend corrective and preventive actions for malpractices identified.
• To carry out incident/accident investigation, report all findings and make recommendations on corrective and preventive actions.
• To plan, organize and perform HSSE training for the site staff and workers. Such training shall include site HSSE induction training, tool box training and other training as required from time to time.
• Provide Monthly HSSE reports

Requirements：

•  Registration under the Labour Department as Registered    Safety Officer
• Experience in Confined Space Work is necessary
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both     spoken and written
• have proficiency in MS Office and PC applications
• Well organized, detail-minded, Self-motivated, can work    independently and under pressure
•  Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Registered Safety Officer
