Responsibilities:

• Assist design team in completing the whole process from concepts and themes development, sketches to tech pack preparation
• Research of color trend, graphic direction, material and trim sourcing
• Work closely with merchandising teams and factories to facilitate development processes and meet the tight schedules
•  Assist Senior Designer in completing license programs and various projects 
•  Assist preparations of seasonal design presentations to buyer and frontline operations

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least Higher Diploma in Fashion Design, Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines;
• 2 years solid experience of product development in headwear / apparel or garment accessories field with US market related design background is an advantage
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and detail-oriented;
• Knowledge of the sporting goods industries and able to create designs to meet up with customers’ needs
• Familiar with fabric and strong sourcing ability
• Proficient in AI & Photoshop is necessary (both PC & MAC)
• Familiar with others 3D software is a plus
• Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese, good communication skills in Mandarin
• Frequent travel to overseas is required
• Immediate available is preferred
