My client is a professional design consultancy with an outstanding team in Hong Kong. They are working on numerous office/ workplace design projects. At present, they are looking for construction manager or site manager with at least 3 years of experience.

What you do:

-Work with the team to develop project-related details.
-Attend site meetings, monitor work progress, and safety control measures on-site.
-Ensure that construction industry safety regulations are followed.
-Report any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates.
-Ensure that project deadlines are met.

What you need:

-Bachelor's degree in interior design, construction management, civil engineering, project management, or similar educational background.
-Min. 3 years of relevant experience.
-Good ability to monitor construction project budgets and deadlines.
-Advanced negotiation skills to procure cost-effective subcontractors and suppliers.
-Ability to collaborate with other construction project stakeholders.
-Knowledge of construction industry safety regulations.
-Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
