Business Development & Marketing Manager (Commercial Interior Design & Build Projects) Hong Kong
This client is a turnkey interior design and build specialist based in Hong Kong. They have a proven track record of delivering amazing workplace solutions to their projects and their expertise covers interior design, space planning, strategic planning, workplace strategy, green & sustainable design and project management to handover.
They are looking or a marketing and BD person to help join their team as they strategically look to expand their market share and increase their project portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
You will identify, strategise and explore new business opportunities
Maintain a professional awareness of the workplace and commercial interior design sector
Developing, maintaining and improve relationships with existing and new clients
Coordinating with leadership, design and consultant teams to develop and produce proposals and marketing materials.

Position Requirements:
- Experience working in commercial interior design and build / office furniture or corporate real estate leasing / brokerage
- Excellent client facing skills, strong verbal presentation and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Power point
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good time management and organisation skills
