Job Description 

• Meet with client goals, co-ordinate with project team and take lead in managing projects in design team
• Initiate creative design concept, direct delegate and assign tasks appropriately for all design process from schematic design to design development
• Oversee the design process, maximizing resources to achieve profitable results
• Fast and multi-tasking to manage multiple projects and able to train and coach Junior Designers

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from an accredited school of design or equivalent
• Fluent in English, and Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other 3D computer design program
• At least 5 years relevant working experience preferably in Commercial Projects particularly in workplace interiors.
• Strong experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching/technical coordination and drawing production
