Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, managing, analyzing and strategies for E-Commerce expansion to achieve company business goal
• Oversees and evaluate the execution of eCommerce trading activities including product selection, promotion campaigns, content management, logistics arrangement,inventory control, payment gateway, and customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong strategic business relationship with suppliers from new merchants to well-known FMCG/Fresh MNE
• Analyze product performance and conduct rationalization to enhance online profitability and business efficiency
• Optimize and strengthen the E-Commerce presence aligned with the Brand re-positioning on E-Commerce platforms
• Accountable for channel P/L, from top line sales, gross margin to profitability and analyse the performance of E-Commerce platform and e-payment solutions
• Drive annual budget and monthly forecast cycle of E-Commerce channel

Requirements

• University graduate or above
• Minimum 3 years or above trading/category management experience in eCommerce/retail industry
• Strong business acumen with solid analytical and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• With solid knowledge in trading operation, product sourcing, management and content management system
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
