Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Local to Global

  • Collect monthly updates on local markets ecommerce & social media channel, to have full awareness on local in-market ecommerce, digital, social & PR activities.
  • Collect ROI on E-commerce, Digital, social & PR activity. 
  • Ensure all markets are executing in these channels on-brand and on-strategy.

Global to Local

  • Join the monthly PR/ Social global calls to understand all critical global updates and disseminate to distributors in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure local teams are equipped with all ecommerce, digital, social, PR content available to deploy in their markets.
Regional
  • Ecommerce Plan
    • Define ecommerce channels/platforms for all markets that should be priority.
    • Partner with key markets in Asia and define ecommerce strategy & roadmap.
    • Work with markets to develop proposals and clear KPIs for key campaign moments, analyse key learnings and share region’s best practices with all markets.
    • Create regional campaigns & assets for key ecommerce moments.
    • Adapt and create ecommerce assets from global.
  • Define the Social/Digital Ecosystem in Asia
    • Create matrix, by market, of digital & social media channels with user-base, current followers.
    • Define largest opportunities by market in terms of population, platform growth & target group consumption habits
    • Create a regional Digital/Social strategy based on the above factors.
  • Social Media & Digital plan
    • Define digital/social channels for all markets that should be priority.
    • Define objectives & strategy for digital/social media in all channels.
    • Define recommended spend levels per market on digital/social, based on ecosystem.
    • Recommend the types of activity & channel guidance by market.
    • Process for how to have local digital/social plans approved.
    • Create proposal for regional campaign.
    • Create content calendar at a regional level that could be shared across all markets.
    • Understand the global key influencer strategy & scale this across all markets.
    • To work with the rest of the regional team in Asia, including the commercial team of business development managers & marketing team.
Responsibilities: 
  • Bachelor degree in marketing/business management or related discipline.
  • 2-3+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital, social, and/or PR management (cosmetics, FMCG preferred)
  • Detail focused self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills 
  • Multiple project management experience is highly preferred.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills that foster great working relationships
  • Accountability and ownership for all tasks undertaken & able to work autonomously under pressure
  • Good negotiation and influence skills to cope with internal and external colleagues 
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Office (esp. Powerpoint). 
  • Graphic design skills & software (for ad-hoc content creation) is a plus
  • Enjoys being part of a small and flexible team 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
