Job Description
WHAT duties will you be responsible for?
- Evaluate the live team's performance and formulate improvement strategies
- Discover and advocate the allocation and arrangement of relevant live’s resources
- Develop and implement product mix and live platform optimization tests, analyze relevant data, and recommend improvements
- Assist with the establishment of the live team and its accomplishment
- Ensure the smooth progression of the project through close communication with internal and external stakeholders
HOW will you perform in this position?
- Connect cross-functional teams, acknowledge the bottleneck and pain points of related parties, balance each parties’ interest to maximize company’s benefit when executing changes
- Drive the development and growth of live streaming related business through different initiatives
- Evaluate the needs of different stakeholders and look for the best solution to the problem
- Be a catalyst to the team by bringing in opinions, ideas and insights from multiple perspectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preferably 1-2 years in the e-commerce industry
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
- Detail-minded, responsible, multi-tasking with good organizational skills
- Innovative and observant with strong business acumen skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
