• Responsible for the user flow and design of own site
• Conversion rate optimisation - working with web analyst on improvement measures to increase conversions for the website
• Working together with the Technical Project Manager, digital marketing, insights team etc. to increase site conversions
• Ensures smooth execution of promotions and events on Mannings online to improve sales and conversions
• KPIs directly related to website and sales conversions for Mannings eCommerce
• Partake in the planning and design of omni-channel services for the Mannings Hong Kong brand

Do you have experience in eCommerce?

• University graduate
• At least 5 years working experience, with at least 1-2 years in eCommerce UX design/work
• Experience in web analytics and an understanding of website user experience 
• Good analytical skill, well-planned and acute market sense
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
