Job Description:

• Handle the overall operation of Primary Electronic Resources Centre (ERC) to ensure safe keeping of teaching resources.
• Assist teachers to search, borrow, return and renew teaching resources as well as labelling and cataloging new resources.
• Operate the library system in ERC and generate different management reports regularly.
• Conduct internal audit(s) and year-end reconciliation in all classrooms and special rooms to ensure all resources are returned before the summer holiday.
• Support ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• A minimum of 1 year work experience in a library or resources centre is preferred.
• Good knowledge on Chinese word processing, library information system and other office software applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
