KIS is recruiting a springboard teaching assistant who has a keen interest in working with students with mild to moderate special educational needs in a springboard classroom setting. 

The specialist Teaching Assistant must:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree (preferably in a relevant area)
• Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Have a good standard of English
• Have experience dealing with challenging behavior
• Have the flexibility and confidence to support learners with a range of learning differences in both Primary and Secondary settings
• Have excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure
