• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/ Mechanical or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years' proven experience in MVAC / Plumbing & Drainage installation.
• Well versed in the execution of MVAC / Plumbing & Drainage subcontract work, able to work independently for each job duty assigned by the team leader, and good in communication with relevant contractualparties.
• Responsible for assisting the team leader / project manager in the management of project including planning, coordination, progress monitoring, sub-contractors supervision, testing andcommissioning.
• Experience in BIM is anadvantage
• Experience in Data Centre project is anadvantage
• Candidate of less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer/ Assistant  Technical Supervisor.
