Assistant Engineer                                                 (Ref: AERPM/06/22)

Responsibilities:

• To design, specify & supervise works relating to maintenance, improvement, alteration & addition to existing buildings;
• To assist in the tender process or quotation comparison process for the works;
• To assist in administration work relating to renovation and maintenance project etc.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Engineering / Building / Facility Management / Business Administration or other technical relate disciplines;
• Preferably with 2 years working experience of renovation / maintenance projects (fresh graduate will also be considered)

Working location: Yau Ma Tei

Monthly salary will be starting at HK$ 18,795 (MPS point 6), commensurate with years of related experience.
