Responsibilities:

• Delivering project services to CLP Power for the provision of construction and maintenance of the 132kV Transmission Cable System in accordance with the requirements as stipulated in the outline agreements.
• Leading, controlling and management of a project team and subcontractor workforce to meet relevant performance pledges, safety, quality and services targets.
• Scheduling detail work program, road works permit application and design of TTA for execution including liaison with Government authorities, developers and other stakeholders for the obtaining of all paper clearance whilst drawing reference to optimal resources availability to meet project target completion date.
• Constant reviewing and updating the contents of respective work procedures and work instructions with reference to the latest development of technology and equipment to improve safety and quality performance.
• Ensuring good corporate images of KS and client at each level of contracts to public and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Electrical engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with utility and road works experience.
• With driving license (Class 1 and 2) is preferred.
• Holder of valid Construction Workers Registration Card & Green Card.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Solid writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
