• 2 years experience working in small teams of engineers/designers/project managers 
• Ability to work with designer / engineer around the world (US, mainland China, Taiwan)
• Experienced and interested in consumer product design & manufacturing
  (Infant product / Toy / Kitchenware / IoT connectivity / Electrical appliance...etc)
• Experienced in circuit design/ PCB layout (Altium preferred)
• Experienced in circuit testing, troubleshooting
• Wide knowledge in different type of electronic components like sensors, MCUs, batteries…etc.
• Hands on experience on design and bring up PCBA prototype using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other MCU platform.
• Understanding of common connection interface e.g. UART, I2C, SPI, USB… etc.
• Understanding of IoT wireless tech e.g. Bluetooth, Wifi, Zigbee.. etc.
• Experience on programming (Arduino, C, Python…etc) a plus
• Experience working directly with factories in China (from the first engagement to ex-factory) 
• Proactive problem solving, including root cause analysis and DOE creation
• Ability to work in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin 
• Must be able to take 1-2 day trips/week to China when a program requires
• Flexible working environment & time, but able to attend conference calls with US team 2 times per week during day/evening hours
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome
