Job Description
- Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, or equivalent;
- Corporate member of the HKIE (Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services discipline), or equivalent;
- Registered Professional Engineer holder (RPE) is an advantage;
- Possess 6 years working experience with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Resident Building Services Engineer;
- Possess experience in residential development; experience in MTR topside development is preferable;
- Be able to work independently and have strong organization and supervisory skills; and
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
