A Cyber Security Company is looking for a Technical Engineer responsible to deliver the service of planning, design, deployment, implement and training of the Network Box Internet security system to SME customers. To perform the security devices testing, maintenance and In-house technical support.
Job Responsibilities
Deal with customers for the design, planning, deployment, implement and training of the Internet security devices
- Perform on-site support including troubleshooting and hardware maintenance
- Network Boxes assembling, testing, quality checking and assurance
- Internal technical support including MS Windows, Linux, printer, scanner, and assist in hardware/software inventory control
- Assistance in other ad-hoc arrangement/project, if any
- Experience of TCP/IP and Networking troubleshoot
- Knowledge in Cyber Security
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Possess Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in IT/Computer Science or other related discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in information security related capacity is preferred
- Experience on Unix/Linux is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
