Our client is a European leader in the field of sanitary products. We are looking for a TECHNICAL SERICE SUPERVISOR-Sanitary Products.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market including research to confirm the market potential, key competitors and consumer trends
• Research of products' relevant local regulation/ standards and liaise with testing institute or authority to test and certify the product before product launch
• Verify the products' catalogues, prepare ppt presentation, samples, training material, specification data and competitors' analysis etc before product launch
• Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries/ claims and work collaboratively with colleagues in Product Development and Factory to address any issue that may arise

Requirement:

• Diploma/ degree or above in engineering 
• With 2- 3 years in plumbing, mechanical and electrical
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to travel within the dedicated region
