Senior Manager – Client Engagement (Dongguan)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the customer service department in PRC
• Main contact for customers in terms of manufacturing and production issues.  
• Maintain accurate records and document for all customer service activities and discussions.
• Prepare service-related statistics with detailed reports, such as sales, inventory, and other customer service activities

• Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration / Engineering Management
• Good experience in OEM/ ODM industry, understands production thoroughly, someone who works as the main point of contact for customers on any issues (e.g. production schedule, quality, delivery)
• At least 10 years of experience on electronics manufacturing Industry with 5 years in managerial position
• Well versed in SAP and MS Excel
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Stationed in Dongguan
