Job Highlights

You will be working closely with multiple parties including clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, system designers and colleagues in project management.

Job Description

•        Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor on new and ongoing projects
•        Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal team throughout the whole process of project management
•        Prepare progress report and update the project team on the project status
•        Problem Solving with different stakeholders via root cause analysis and initiate implementation of improvements

Requirements  

•       Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
•       5 years of experience working in small teams of engineers/designers/project managers 
•       Ability to work with designer / engineer around the world (US, Italy, Mainland China, Taiwan)
•       Interested in consumer product design & manufacturing
  (Infant product / Toy / Figurines / Mechanical Toys)
•       Advantage for knowledge in basic engineering materials(plastics, metals, rubbers) and materials selection process / experience designing parts for injection molding / prototyping processes
•       Advantage for experience working directly with factories in China / Chinese teams
•       Proactive problem solving, including root cause analysis and DOE creation
•       Strong advantage for knowledge/belt holders in Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma
•       Positive attitude and good at interpersonal skills
•       Strong leadership skills
•       Able to adapt to flexible working hours at site (day/night)
•       Willing to travel to outstation
•       Hands-on person who likes to experience new things and do not mind getting their hands dirty
