Responsibilities

• Work closely with various departments to ensure optimum support engineering teams
• Assist in project coordination with internal and external parties to enhance smooth all project operations
• Handle project documents & maintain filing system for all project related documents
• Assist to manage & regular update Company website
• Assist to maintain good relationships with business clients
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or High Diploma in Business Admin. related disciplines
• 1 – 2 years project administration or merchandising working experience is preferred
• Creative and detailed-minded with mature attitude
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal, and independent
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Work enthusiasm and commitment
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
