An exciting opportunity is now available, and we invite applications for Application and Service Engineer (Equipment) to join our organization. Successful candidates will be responsible for the company’s represented equipment or materials in the high-tech electronics industry. You will work alongside with our collaborative technical sales and service engineering teams staying in various cities and countries in the Far East.
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide application support and engineering service on maintenance of equipment at customer site;
- Manage and maintain a long-term relationship with new and existing customers;
- Handle application and service enquiries and provide prompt and efficient business correspondences
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Diploma or Degree holders in Science or Engineering majors highly regarded;
- Min. 3 years of solid experience in application or service support to Instrument / Equipment service;
- Good command in Chinese and English;
- Communication in Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships at all levels;
- Mature and independent individuals with a high attention to detail and a proactive attitude;
