Scope of Duties: 

• Maintain regular communication across the business to prove necessary Safety & Environment (S&E) support to ensure S&E activities are being implemented and sustained by individual business unit 
• Support the arrangement of S&E related promotional events as required
• Assist in preparing regular S&E performance reports for the management review of the past performances and the progresses of improvement initiatives
• Support in the coordination of meetings, training, workshops, good practice visits as required
• Use analytical techniques to identify and quantify the opportunities for improvement within the business
• Communicate with the ‘frontline’ and ‘departmental facilitators’ through various communication channels to promote a positive attitude and active engagement in S&E activities to create a positive S&E culture
• Assist Group Sustainable Development (SD) and Safety and Environment (S&E) team to maintain the Group SD / S&E database and support the Group SD Leader to comply the annual HAECO Group SD report

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years relevant Safety & Environment working experience for Degree holder or above in Environment, Occupational health & Safety, Engineering or Science / other related disciplines
  (Fresh graduate will be considered as Safety and Environment Coordinator)
• Experience in leading and organizing cultural promotional events/program is a plus
• Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentational skills
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Proficient in both of English and Chinese (written & spoken)
