Job Description:

• 10 years IT experience with 3 years managerial level
• Sold experience in maintenance services
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Leading a technical support team to perform 7 x 24 hours maintenance services to customers;
• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the identity system such as on Auto-Gate equipment, Self-Service Kiosk, IT infrastructure/Network/PC/printer equipment, CCTV device, large display devices, and image capturing devices;
• Manager and plan the preventive maintenance tasks;
• Develop and improve the operation and maintenance process;
• Handle major issues & potential crisis;
• Work closely with customers to review support service level and attending monthly maintenance meetings;
• Manage and liaise with outsourced vendors to meet project quality and schedule;
• Manage onsite and remote operation & maintenance teams;
• Providing technical and management support.

 Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines;
• 10 years of hands-on working experience in technical support and fault management with minimal 3 years at the managerial level;
• Solid and traceable experience in HKSAR government projects;
• Good knowledge and experience in HKSAR’s SOA-QPS services but not a must;
• Familiar with Unix, Linux, Windows, and Networking Infrastructure is preferred;
• Good leadership, organizational, managerial, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Professional certificates like PMP, Price II, ITIL or equivalent will be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, fast learner and strong troubleshooting skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua will be an advantage)
