JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in month end closing and prepare financial & management reports
• Assist to maintenance of Fixed Asset Register 
• Perform accounts payable daily input, process payment, fund transfer request and responsible for AR and AP function for the group subsidiaries
• Perform Account Receivable daily input and reconciliation of customer account
• Prepare purchase request and other applications on ERP system
• Maintain system master record and creation (Vendor /Customer/ Expenses type / Product item)
• Documentation filing and administration
• Perform ad-hoc duties for Finance Department as assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Higher Diploma or above in Finance & Accounting or related fields
• 2-3 years working experience in a similar role
• Excellent PC skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, accounting software and Chinese input
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin preferred
• Ability to adapt the changes and able to work under pressure
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Self-motivated, self-starter, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasking and meet tight deadlines
• Must have discretion with handling confidential or sensitive information
• Immediate available or short notice is preferable
