About the role:

• You’ll report to Senior Director (Head of Finance) in HKPAM
• You’ll be as a team leader of FP&A team to lead with the size of 3 staff and train up teammates to meet company goals.
• You’ll prepare related reports to highlight the Account payables, receivables, cash flow and business performance to operation team
• You’ll lead a FP&A team to be an effective and efficient bridge among Finance, business and operation team leaders and top management
• You’ll lead a FP&A team to use different analytical tools to help business partners to understand their performance in a user-friendly way
• You will lead a FP&A team to coordinate with business operation team to prepare their annual budget, regular forecasts or any other financial projects.
• You’ll lead a FP&A team monitor the operation team performance with well-established KPI and to ensure the team is working towards company goals
• You’ll give professional advices to business partners on financial matters.
• You’ll review the operational procedures for potential enhancement or streamlining to achieve efficiency gain and support the operational enhancement works including the data migration and the coordination with respective supporting departments.
• You’ll use IT tools to help enhance efficiency on the process flow with proper controls
• You’ll support other ad-hoc business assignments as required, including new software implementation

• You’ll need to have Degree in Accounting or Finance educational qualification.
• You’ll need to be an qualified Accountant with HKICPA, ICAEW, ACCA, AICPA, CPA Australia or other related professional qualification.
• You’ll need to have 10+ years working experiences in Accounting with a supervisory role, experiences on leading a sizeable team is definite advantage
• You’ll need to be able to act as a team leader; giving necessary instruction, coaching and support to the team to achieve departmental goal
• You’ll need to have prior experiences in FP&A is a must; prior experiences in handling treasury and Document Management System (DMS) will be an advantage
• You’ll need to have experiences in Project Management like process flow or system enhancement experiences will be an advantage
• You’ll need to have solid management and prioritize skills
• You’ll need to have solid analytical skills, responsible, detail conscious and able to work under pressure and lead the team to meet tight deadlines
• You’ll be able to effectively communicate and interact with people at all levels.
• You’ll need to be presentable with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• You’ll need to be proficiency in using PC operation, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with accounting ERP application
