Report: Asset Management GM 
Location: base in HK

Responsibilities:
1、全面负责集团装修项目工程管理的指导及管理工作；
2、负责督导落实各阶段、各类别施工图纸的设计与改进；
3、审核施工图纸设计深度和质量；
4、负责对现场质量进行监控和指导；
5、解决项目实施过程中的质量问题；
6、负责项目的进度、安全、质量及成本等管理工作。
1 Overall responsibility for the Group's renovation project management guidance and management ;
2 To oversee the implementation of the various stages of the design and improvement of each class of construction drawings ;
3 Examination of the depth and quality of the construction design drawings ;
4 Is responsible for the quality of on-site monitoring and guidance ;
5 To solve quality problems during the implementation of the project ;
6 Responsible for the project, safety, quality and cost management.

Qualifications:
1、室内设计类相关专业本科或以上学历，具有8年以上房地产企业高端项目或五星级酒店装修项目管理经验；
2、熟悉装修工程管理相关管理规范与标准与房地产相关业务流程；
3、具有很强的装修工程管理能力，能解决装修工程技术、质量难题和研究；
4、优秀的沟通协调组织能力及出色的计划、执行能力；
5、能够处理繁复的工作并快速处理和应对突发状况；
6、熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件、AutoCAD，Photoshop及其他办公软件；
7、优秀的中文能力和口头表达能力，会粤语及英文沟通者优先考虑。
1 Interior design related professional college or higher education, with more than 8 years of high-end real estate business five-star hotel decoration projects or project management experience ;
2 Familiar decoration project management norms and standards related to the management and real estate-related business processes ;
3 Decoration has a strong project management capabilities, can solve decoration engineering, quality problems and research ;
4 Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication and coordination of planning, implementation capacity ;
5 Cyilinhuian handle complex tasks and quickly deal with and respond to unexpected situations ;
6 Proficiency OFFICE software , AutoCAD, Photoshop and other office software ;
7 Excellent Chinese writing skills and oral communication skills, able to communicate in Cantonese and English preferred ;
8. Accepted travel and overtime.
